Therapy for Relational & Attachment Wounds

A potted succulent plant with trailing vines sits on top of a stack of books on a wooden surface, with soft natural light illuminating the scene.

Relationships can be the source of our deepest joy
and our deepest pain.

They can also reopen our earliest wounds, leading to intense conflict and loneliness. Our earliest relationships, especially with caregivers, shape how we connect with others throughout life. If those early experiences involved inconsistency, neglect, emotional unavailability, or trauma, it can make forming healthy, secure relationships challenging as an adult.

Through experiential therapy, we will gently return to the source of your wounds, tend to what was lost, unsaid, or unfelt, and cultivate an embodied sense of relational safety. We will identify your attachment styles, explore how they are showing up in your relationships, and create healthier patterns so that you can experience new depths of trust, understanding, and connection in your life and relationships.

“I regard the desire to be loved and cared for being an integral part of human nature.”
